How do I add or cancel an item that has been ordered?
You are only able to change the size or the color of the item. If you wish to change to a new item, you will need to cancel your order and replace it. If you need to change or cancel an order within 24 hours, please email email@example.com.
Any change or cancellation to an order must be done with 24 hours of placing the order. Please have your order number ready.
Add an item - If you would like to add an item to an order, you will need to create an additional order on the website.
How do I exchange items?
Exchange - You can only exchange items that do not fit for the same item in another size. Orders must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. All exchanged items must be in its original condition with tags attached. Please include a copy of your order with the items you are exchanging marked. Note: You will have to pay for shipping charges to and from FGS, Inc. Also, you are only able to exchange an item ONE TIME. Please review the size charts on the items to ensure correct sizing.
Can I return my items and get a refund?
No, you cannot return any item to get a refund. Please make sure you like the product you choose before you place your order. We do NOT accept returns or refunds. ONLY exchanges for the same product in a different size for apparel pieces. NO returns are possible for premiums. Premiums will only be credited or reproduced if there was an error during manufacturing.
How long will it take to get my order?
All order ship using UPS Ground service within 12-15 business days (custom socks take 20-25 days). Please note holidays and weekend are not included in business days.
Who do I contact to report a damaged or missing shipment?

What happens to my store credits when I leave Covetrus?
Similar to other benefits, all store credits are forfeited upon termination of employment.
